About Mimi Kang:
Mimi Kang is a mother of two who after moving from Korea to Europe found it difficult to find good Korean food around. In Korea, Mimi’s family own a restaurant, thus Mimi grew up in and around the kitchen and the traditional Korean delicacies. Missing the flavors of home, she started to cook Korean dishes herself from ingredients available in local stores. The satisfying results of her family-like cooking practice are her affordable, authentic Korean dishes.
